I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited about a new gadget than this one. In fact, I can hardly contain my enthusiasm when I show it to friends!

What has me so enraptured? My Suds2Go portable handwashing flask!

Why do I love it so much? Because I can wash my son’s messy hands anywhere we go! Really… anywhere!! It’s a portable kitchen sink! Or bathroom sink…

This Suds2Go travel handwashing flask has been a GAME CHANGER for me, and perhaps the most functional and needed accessory I’ve ever purchased. Yep, I love it this much! I keep mine in the car so I always have a handwashing station with me. I use it on my son’s hands after playtime at the park or outside in the backyard, after playing at a public playroom, on a trip to the ice cream parlor, the beach, and anywhere else he gets his hand covered with goop and germs. It saves on using baby wipes, too!

And, of course, Suds2Go is great for older kids and adults, too! I use mine to wash my hands after I fill up my car tank with gas or a trip to the grocery store, etc. I am a total hand germaphobe and have carried hand sanitizer with me for decades (hey, I lived in New York City – I needed to sanitize my hands constantly after riding the subway!) so finding this portable hand washing flask was pretty much my germy dream come true! Also, soap and water is healthier than using an alcohol-based sanitizer, so I love having a choice now when I am on-the-go.

During the COVID pandemic, my Suds2Go flask helped keep my family safe and healthy, since washing hands with soap for 20 seconds was the recommended method of keeping your hands virus-free after touching common surfaces.

The flask is made with a durable stainless steel and is very easy to use. It’s ready in a few simple steps:

  1. Unscrew the cylinder underneath the soap dispenser attached to the side of the flask lid.

  2. Remove the small soap bottle inside and fill it with foaming soap. (Foaming soap is required.) You’ll get about 30 pumps of soap with one fill.

  3. Place the soap bottle back into the cylinder and screw it underneath the dispenser.

  4. Unscrew the lid of the flask and fill it with water, then put the lid back on.

When you’re ready to wash your hands:

  1. Lift up the water dispenser with your fingertips, and gently shake water onto your hands.

  2. Press down on the soap dispenser to squeeze some soap foam onto your hands.

  3. Work the foam into a lather, and then shake water onto you hands to rinse off the soap.

I was surprised at how little water and soap were needed to get my hands clean, so it’s a great way to conserve water, as well.

Soapy Suds

At the time I purchased my Suds2Go flask, the company was new and only offered the flask, so I had to find a foaming soap to use. I researched and found the GreenFist Angel Foam hand foaming soap, and I love it because it is:

1. Biodegradable

2. Non-toxic and hypoallergenic

3. Naturally scented

4. Certified eco-friendly

5. Not tested on animals

6. Dye- and fragrance-free

7. Enriched with moisturizers

8. Cost-effective in a one gallon/128 fl ounce size

I now use this soap with my soap dispensers inside my house, too!

Suds2Go now offers its own foaming soap to purchase, so you can determine which brand and size are better for you and your budget.

The company has also expanded into several different flask color options, and has travel soap dispenser caps that screw onto a standard plastic bottle water container. If you don’t want to carry around the heavier and larger flask, just use a pre-filled (and refillable) dispenser on your bottle water and you’re ready to get clean!

Give the Gift of Clean Hands

Suds2Go makes a terrific gift for other moms and dads with kids, teenagers on-the-go, and family and friends who love traveling and exploring the great outdoors. I gave a double pack premium starter kit as a Christmas gift to my sister whose family loves to hike and bike ride. They also spend a week camping on a family island in Maine each summer, so I thought they definitely needed a portable handwashing station at the rustic cabin!

The company has now partnered with the Kitchen on the Street charity which provides meals to food-insecure children, ensuring that they can eat with clean, hygienic hands to help them maintain their health. So when you purchase a Suds2Go flask, you are not only supporting a small family-based business, you are also helping economically disadvantaged and displaced kids eat healthy with clean hands.

I think by now you realize just how much I love and adore my Suds2Go flask, and why I don’t leave home without it. Once you try this portable handwashing system, you won't leave home without it, either!
